Becoming an educator was not a difficult decision for me to make. Hearing the laughter of a child, or just the smile brought to a little ones face has made my decision in becoming a member within the educational society an easy one.

There are two distinct reasons why I became an educator. The first reason has always been about the children. I need a little excitement in my life, and children definitely fuel the fire not only by their abilities to be honest and creative, but also because of their unpredictability.

When I heard positive response from the Abhinav Alumni and also had research about the B.Ed. colleges in Pune; and, I decided to enroll for the Bachelor of Education program (B.Ed.) at Abhinav Education Society’s B.Ed. College and started my journey in the education field.

I’m grateful to all my professors for the personal support provided during my professional development. Their advice, kind words, and encouragement have been a source of strength, and I appreciate their help and guidance. We had the incredible help from Non Teaching Support Staff for the smoothening of daily routine and activities.

It was a pride to get counseled and shaping my future under the guidance and support of our beloved Principal Mrs. Kanchan Chaudhari. There is no doubt about our principal’s knowledge and way she gives the basics of School Management Activities.

Special thanks to Abhinav Education Society’s management decision and an opportunity provided to me to become a part of the management team and managing one of the schools to shape the future of the toddlers.
